Business Analyst

About the Role

CodebergIT is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst
with 3–4 years of experience in IT and software development projects.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical
solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.

Experience: 3–4 Years | Industry: IT & Software Development

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of API documentation and system integration.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) is a plus.
