About the Role
CodebergIT is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in IT services and software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/software solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Software Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales within the IT or software industry.
- Familiarity with lead-generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and similar tools.
- Knowledge of Agile software development and technology solutions.
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
