Field Market Research Executive

Job Summary

The Field Market Research Executive will be responsible for conducting on-ground
market research within the assigned city. The role involves identifying competitors,
collecting detailed product and pricing information, mapping potential buyers, and
submitting structured research reports to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits across assigned areas within the city
• Identify competitors operating in the vegetable powder segment
• Collect detailed competitor data, including:
  • Brand names
  • Product range
  • Pack sizes
  • Pricing
  • Distribution channels
• Identify and list potential buyers, such as:
  • Retailers
  • Wholesalers
  • Distributors
  • Supermarkets
  • Institutional buyers
• Maintain accurate records of market findings
• Prepare and submit structured daily/weekly market research reports
• Provide actionable insights based on field observations
• Build and maintain good relationships with market stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of FMCG or food product markets preferred
• Ability to travel locally within the city
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
